This is done by using 3d laser scanning technology to map out the vehicle, then a revolutionary software to manipulate the vehicle outlines which allows the pieces to then be printed and cut ready for application.

The printed modular vehicle graphics are supplied on a 150 micron high performance film with a permanent solvent airflow adhesive. The individual pieces are die-cut completely through the backing paper allowing fitting using the hinge method. This is designed to allow a one-man installation possible even on large sections.
